About Paula
I am a native teacher from Santander (north of Spain) that have an Official Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language; I am currently pursuing an Official Master's Degree in Hispanic Linguistics.
I have experience teaching online (since the end of 2016) and face to face, and I have taught students (private lessons and groups) of all levels and from many different nationalities.
I am proficient in English and have an intermediate level of German and Mandarin Chinese.
I am passionate about linguistics and teaching, and always try to prepare each class to provide the best learning experience.

I always customize my lessons to fulfil the goals and needs of the students, as these might vary from taking a comprehensive course to practicing conversation, preparing the DELE exams, etc.
However, most times I use primarily a book from a communicative approach, and I mix it with other materials and exercises from different books, sources or made by me, that might include other approaches in order to make it as complete as possible.
After every lesson, I send the students a document with all the new content, that is, the list with the vocabulary seen during the lesson (and sentences with those new words) and the grammar, plus the homework (in case the students want homework).
