Susan is responsive, professional, demonstrates positive encouragement and caters her communication style to ensure my daughter (high school) fully understands the Math lesson. My daughter is academically strong, however her grade 11 math class was challenging, even though she had a strong drive and willingness to put in the effort to obtain a top grade.
