About Laura
I was born and raised in Warwickshire and later moved to London where I earned a degree in History and Spanish from King's College London. I learned Spanish at university as a beginner, so I know how scary it can be to start a new language. During my studies I worked with a lot of Spanish-speaking tutors and found their advice very helpful, so I would love to help other people in the same way. I am eager to share the language learning skills that I gained in my degree with other learners. In my free time I love to read, go for walks, go to the cinema and spend time with my dogs! I am interested in a wide range of topics and would be happy to talk about anything you like.

I am a native British English speaker hoping to turn her passion for language learning into a career. I am friendly and always seek to create a relaxed environment in the classes. I am currently only available for 121 classes (no groups), and lessons will be tailored based on the needs and interests of the student. During the first lesson I will assess your level based on an informal conversation and we can talk about organising a plan that works for you — whether that be structured lessons or just casual speaking practice. I make use of both internet resources and my own, and I will provide homework so that you can continue learning in between classes if you want to!
