I am ex army,when i left the forces i travelled Europe and Africa,where i taught English as a native speaker ,i dont have formal qualifications but have 15 years of travel ,and teaching experience also i can hold a reasonable conversation in Spanish and French

i base my teaching method on first getting to know the students and what interests them.we might have things in common as i have travelled extensively.In Poland i found that the classroom sometimes inhibited the ability for students to maintain their cocentration and i found that taking them out and walking the grounds of the area was an enormous help .
