Methodology
I create my own class content which will be tailored to each students needs and passions. The resources that I use in class will be given to the student, which they can use as revision tools in the future.
I am also happy to work with the student's resources if they are wanting help with certain content, in example catching up on school topics.
My classes have a balance between oral and written language, however emphasis can be put on one or the other if wanted. YOU tell me where you want to improve and WE will make it happen.
Experience
I have four years of tutoring experience with a variety of subjects, student ages and styles of teaching.
I have worked for various tutoring companies including Explore Learning, and have also been self-employed for quite a while. Being self-employed allows me to create a tailored experience suited to each student's needs and passions. I create assignments and games myself, and will make sure that you will receive a high quality of tuition.
I have tutored students aged 5 through to adults, with intensities from learning through play to focussed A1-B2 exam prep. I am also experienced with students who has learning disabilities.
I am a German national and grew up speaking German and English bilingually. I also hold a Spanish degree with First class honours and distinction, which included Education as an elective class, and a year living in Spain. Consequently, I have studied topics such as professional translation, interpretation and the differentiations between Traditional Spanish and Latin American Spanish.
