About Okan
My name is Okan Aydemir and I was born and raised in Germany. I went to school, graduated, and went to university right after. Right now I am a teacher trainee and finishing my master's degree in English and Philosophy.
Teaching is not only my passion but also my destiny, I believe. For more than 5 years I have tutored students and for 2 years I have been working in schools as a teacher.

Depending on our subject we will learn how to speak, read, and write German properly.
Each lesson differs but we will try to maximize the student talking time as well as the use of the target language. This of course depends on the proficiency level you, as my student, currently have.
A typical lesson for students with 5 years of experience would look like this:
Introduction to the subject: exchange of ideas and impulses
transition to the subject matter: text, film, song, etc.
phase of elaboration: tasks
discussion
reflection
As already mentioned, the lessons depend on the language proficiency of the students.
