As my academic and professional background is education, I always try to apply theoretical knowledge in education into practice, in classroom to my students. Starting with pre-assessment to understand the potential of students and as a way to decide appropriate learning strategies, whether using more digital visualisation or using auditory aspects. This aspect matters in online teaching. In addition, understanding students' ability in Bahasa Indonesia can help me understand which level should I begin with. Then, closing up my lesson with a reflection is my hallmark, asking which part they find interesting and which area should I address more.
