About Federico
I’m Federico, a native Italian speaker from Rome, now living in Northern Ireland. I’ve also lived abroad, so I understand what it feels like to learn, speak and build confidence in another language.
I enjoy meeting people and helping them improve through relaxed, natural conversation. My aim is to make Italian feel useful and approachable rather than turning every lesson into a grammar class.
I’m especially suited to beginners, travellers, people with Italian family or friends, and anyone who already knows some Italian but wants to speak more naturally and confidently.
I speak Italian, English and Spanish, and I’m happy to adapt lessons around each student’s goals and interests.

My lessons are relaxed, practical and focused on helping you speak Italian with confidence.
I am a native Italian speaker from Rome, and I adapt each lesson to your level and your goals. If you are a complete beginner, we start with useful everyday Italian and build from there. If you already know some Italian, we focus more on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary and sounding more natural.
I also help with reading and writing when needed, but my main focus is real Italian you will use in everyday life, on holiday, at work or when speaking with Italian friends and family.
Lessons are friendly, patient and personalised. Mistakes are part of learning, so there is no pressure. The aim is to get you speaking more and feeling more confident every lesson.
