About Fabiana
I am a native Italian speaker with an academic and professional background spanning Italy, Spain and the UK. My background is in Law, and I am currently completing an MA in Philosophy.
I teach in higher education in the UK and I am completing a PgCEP. I also hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification. Having studied several languages myself, I am familiar with the experience of reaching a good level in a language while still searching for greater precision, ease and nuance.
I work with adult learners at B2–C2 level, using conversation as the starting point for developing a richer vocabulary and a more precise and natural use of Italian.

ADVANCED ITALIAN FOR ADULT LEARNERS | B2–C2
My lessons are for adults who already have a good command of Italian and want to become more fluent, precise and confident when expressing complex ideas.
Conversation is at the centre of the lesson. We can work from topics related to Italian culture, current affairs, education, philosophy or your own interests, using them as a starting point to develop vocabulary and pay closer attention to register, nuance and natural expression.
Rather than following the same format with every student, I adapt the content and focus of our conversations to your level, interests and goals.
