About Giorgia
Ciao! I’m Giorgia, a native Italian speaker with a passion for languages, communication and Italian culture.
I was born and raised in Italy and have also spent several years studying and working internationally, particularly in the UK. I hold a BA in Business Management and Italian from the University of Manchester and have completed the Corso di Formazione per Insegnanti d’Italiano, which gave me specific training in teaching Italian to students.
I love sharing not only the Italian language but also the culture behind it; from everyday expressions and conversation to traditions and the way Italians actually communicate in real life.
Whether you are starting from zero, studying Italian academically, preparing to travel or move to Italy, or simply want someone to practise conversation with, I’d love to help you become more confident and natural in your Italian!

My approach to teaching Italian is friendly and practical. I believe that learning a language should feel enjoyable and useful, so I adapt every lesson depending on the student’s level, goals and preferred way of learning.
My lessons combine conversation, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, with a strong focus on helping students feel confident actually speaking Italian. I also like to include aspects of Italian culture and everyday life, so students can learn the language as it is really spoken rather than relying only on textbooks.
I am a native Italian speaker and have completed the Corso di Formazione per Insegnanti d’Italiano, a professional training course specifically focused on teaching Italian as a language. I also hold a BA in Business Management and Italian from the University of Manchester and have studied and worked internationally, giving me a strong understanding of language learning and communication across different cultures.
I am happy to teach both younger learners and adults, and my aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes and gradually becoming more confident in Italian.
