About Tiefei
I'm passionate about helping students build confidence and improve their Chinese in a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Having achieved A grades in Chinese throughout my school years and using the language in my daily life, I have a strong foundation in both written and spoken Chinese.
Although my teaching experience comes from volunteering and tutoring my younger sibling, I have developed the ability to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and make lessons engaging and practical. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit individual goals and learning pace.
Whether you're preparing for school examinations, improving conversational Chinese, or learning the language for work or personal growth, I'm committed to helping you progress with patience, consistency, and personalized guidance.

I offer Chinese lessons for students following the Singapore Primary and Secondary syllabus, as well as adults learning Chinese for work, travel, or personal enrichment. Lessons are available online or in person, and the lesson duration can be discussed based on your learning goals and schedule.
My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student's needs. I believe that learning a language is most effective through consistent practice and real-life application. Depending on your goals, lessons may include conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar, reading, writing, listening exercises, and exam preparation. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's pace and learning style, ensuring lessons are engaging and productive.
I achieved A grades in Chinese throughout my school years and use Chinese in my daily life, giving me strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese. While I am not a full-time professional tutor, I have gained teaching experience through volunteering and tutoring my younger sibling, helping them build confidence and improve their understanding of the language.
