About Kate
I am a dedicated Native Macedonian educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and English Language. My career has been defined by a passion for clear communication and people development. Beyond my academic qualifications, I bring unique high-pressure experience from the corporate world, where I served as a professional trainer for a major international company.
In that role, I was responsible for the daily onboarding and training of 15+ new team members. This experience sharpened my ability to adapt my teaching style to diverse personalities and fast-paced environments. I combine my Bachelor’s Degree in Education with years of experience as a corporate trainer to provide a structured, results-oriented learning environment. My method is highly adaptive; I don't believe in "one size fits all." I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, focusing on real-life conversation from day one.

The "Aha" Moment: Introducing a new grammar or vocabulary concept using clear, visual, and practical examples.
Active Practice: Engaging in role-plays or situational exercises (travel, business, or family scenarios).

Perfect! My first Macedonian lesson with Kate was excellent. I want to speak with my grandma, who doesn’t speak English, so this felt really personal to me.
