About Wu
Hello! My name is Yuan, and I am a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from China. I hold a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and have had the opportunity to study and live in different countries, which has given me a deep appreciation for language learning and cultural exchange.
I enjoy meeting people from around the world and helping them discover the beauty of the Chinese language and culture. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel relaxed, encouraged, and supported. My personality is patient, friendly, and easy to talk to, so I always aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practicing without fear of making mistakes.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy learning about different cultures, reading, traveling, and improving my own English. I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language because I have experienced them myself. That is why I always teach with patience, understanding, and encouragement.
Whether you are learning Chinese for travel, business, study, or simply for fun, I would be delighted to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to meeting you and making your Chinese learning journey both enjoyable and rewarding!

I believe that learning Chinese should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student's needs. Before we begin, I will discuss your goals and current level so I can create lessons that suit you best.
My classes focus on building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and pronunciation through real-life conversations and interactive activities. I explain grammar in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and I provide plenty of opportunities for students to practice using new vocabulary naturally.
Each lesson is usually 60 minutes and includes a review of previous topics, new language points, speaking practice, and a summary of what we have learned. Homework and learning materials are available if you would like additional practice between lessons.
As a native Mandarin Chinese speaker with a Master's degree and international study experience, I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language. My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, adults, university students, and anyone who wants to improve their Chinese for travel, work, study, or everyday communication. My goal is to make every lesson supportive, engaging, and enjoyable while helping you make steady progress.
