About Maxine
I am an Ontario-based Chinese language tutor with a passion for lifelong learning and a keen eye for detail. I enjoy exploring how language works, from the structure of complex sentences to the deeper logic behind grammar.
My teaching approach emphasizes building a strong foundation through clear, rigorous grammar instruction, while also helping students develop the flexibility to use Chinese naturally in real-life situations.
I am dedicated to making Chinese learning both effective and enjoyable—so that you not only understand the language, but also feel confident speaking it and genuinely enjoy the learning process.
