About Tanya

I am a Spanish teacher with 3 years teaching experience, I have mostly taught elementary school aged students in Mexico and the U.S. This is my first time teaching online and I am so excited to start! I can assist with conversational practice, homework questions, or anything else!

About the lesson

I have a very relaxed teaching method. We will discuss your level and goals and then build from there. There might be homework involved, but fear not! It will most likely be reading a Spanish book aloud to practice pronunciation, watching a movie, or listening to a playlist on Spotify.

I really needed someone to talk to in English to perfect my pronunciation and correct me when I use words wrongly or mess up the tenses. Tanya helped me perfect my English and made me feel more comfortable and confident when speaking it. I 100% recommend her

Tanya is a really patient teacher. She really makes sure you understand the words and the correct way to say them. She tailors her teaching method to what she sees is working for you. I'm a visual learner, so she adapted her teaching to help me learn. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn either Spanish or English.
