About Serhiy

I was born in the north-western part of Ukraine, where I lived and studies 4 different languages (Ukrainian as my mother-tongue, Russian, English and German). Due to the natural exposure of the Russian language in my area, I managed to master it by the age of 6, at which point it became my second native language. I spent a few years rehearsing my knowledge of this language by studying grammar and incredibly complex literature, among which lie some of the most famous Russian writes, such as: Pushkin, Dostoyevski and Chekhov.

About the lesson

I'd be glad to give Russian Language lessons to those who are brand new to the language or just began learning it. This means anyone that falls within the A1(Beginner) to B2(Upper Intermediate) levels of knowledge is invited to contact me if interested. I can provide you with explanation for any simple grammar, taking a slow and methodical approach. Teach you how to confidently hold a dialogue with your friends and also will focus on expanding your vocabulary so that you may feel relax using this language to speak both in formal and informal situations and sound just like the natives.

I've had Serhiy as a tutor and can say with confidence that he has both the patience and the skills required to make maths both easier to understand and less dull! He would solve problems with me step by step as many times as needed and tried explaining it from different approaches, which in my experience really helped with understanding problems I struggled with or grasping new concepts.

Serhiy is the best tutor anybody can get! Not only is he extremely helpful and can explain anything to you in the simplest terms, he’s also very patient with his students. He helped me understand literally most of the high school math syllabus, while also not making me feel bad about not understanding something. He is honest and dedicated to their students, all the best qualities for a tutor.
