About Beatriz
¡Hola! I'm Bea.
I have been cooking all sorts of recipes for the past 20 years - but my speciality is Spanish cuisine. There is no need to buy Spanish dishes from the supermarkets or non-Spaniard owned restaurants, which are really expensive, non traditional and low quality! I have also worked in three different restaurants back when I lived in Spain.
There is absolutely nothing like TRUE and traditional Spanish&Mediterranean cuisine made and taught by an Spaniard, since our recipes and methods tend to pass from generation to generation.

I have a passion for cooking and sharing my traditional Spanish cuisine with others, and living abroad doesn't stop me from enjoying these recipes on a daily basis.
I learnt how to cook from scratch at a very early age, and have learnt everything from my grandma and mother - a really big deal in every single Spanish household!
Our gastronomy is based on a wide variety of foods and ingredients - and there is absolutely no need to spend a lot of money, since many of our recipes are very low income-friendly! I will teach you to make true Spanish dishes FROM SCRATCH and how we cook depending on your needs.
