About Eva
I completed my Spanish GCSE achieving a 9 a year early and then completed Spanish A-levels as a fourth subject achieving an A*. However, I studied Law at university and excelled in law which led me to now specialising in fields of Fitness to Practise and Commercial Law.
I have completed the barristers training route and qualify in October 2026. However, despite my careers being very English language focused, my entire family only speaks Spanish. Therefore, I remain a constant speaker and have not lost my Spanish proficiency.
I come from Barcelona in the Catalonian part of Spain. I speak Catalan fluently as well but it is not the one I speak on a daily basis. I frequently travel back to Spain for holidays and family occasions having a local understanding of its culture and traditions.

My lessons are focused on providing local level Spanish teaching. We will work on pronunciation and accurate sentence structures as well as high level vocabulary to help you speak both fluently and confidently. I aim to conduct my lessons in Spanish so that my students are consistently able to hear the language which by default will allow them to improve their listening abilities. I will bring focus on pronunciation of words and how to clearly enunciate difficult word constructions to help my students' fluency.
Spanish grammar and writing can often be very daunting and confusing. Through our lessons I will help you understand how these challenges can be solved phonetically. I will teach grammatical structures and show how they work in daily Spanish rather than as an isolated task.
