About Keir
I am a full-time student doing my master's degree in Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Melbourne and also work as a tutor at Ivanushka Russian Language School in Melbourne. Since 2016, I have been teaching Russian to foreign students of different ages, during which time I taught the language in countries such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and the Kingdom of Bahrain. I am currently hosting exhibition tours in Russian at Linden New Art Gallery, St Kilda. So, if you are willing to improve your Russian, you're more than welcome! I also hold a Working with Children Check.

Perfect! Keir has been a pleasure to learn from. He is kind, patient and has organised lessons and content which he sends through after each lesson. Keir accommodates for different learning styles and has made me feel very comfortable.

Aside from looking at official class materials, he often draws in very practical discussions and materials relevant to day-to-day conversations.
He also takes steps to ensure the student actually understood the grammar rule applied in context with practical exercises and examples.
Also great in meeting student's expectations with learning the language.

Keir and I had been participating in the International Russian Language Volunteering Program in Bahrain and Uzbekistan for several years. He is an excellent tutor who’s able to get along with student of any age and background. His teaching approach is both enlightening and entertaining. Keir is a wonderful teacher, he has a mixed-method: natural maieutics, theory and practice all at once. It makes the Russian language study funny, and relates to the culture so to understand better the context of the use of words. Just try it and you will agree with me!
