About Cristina
I qualified as a teacher back in 2004 and since then I have been helping many people to reach their goals. I am a fully qualified teacher, absolutely passionate about what I do and I only settle for the best for my students.
I've trained students to:
- Learn Spanish to move to Spain to live or retire there (good choice, to be fair!)
- Spanish for travelling around Central and South America
- DELE examinations
- Spanish to upgrade your CV
- Help to refresh the Spanish you once learned and is now nearly gone or quite rusty.
- Spanish courses as birthday presents.

My teaching method is a communicative one, focusing on starting and developing conversations, being able to understand and respond accordingly when speaking the language. The vocabulary we will be using depends on your aim. If you are using the language to travel, I will therefore teach you how to get by: book hotels, discuss issues that need to be resolved, buying tickets at the bus/train station, how to explain what's wrong with you when you fall sick (I hope you'll never have to use this, but better safe than sorry), etc You get the drill! That is why it is really important to discuss your aim, the amount of time we have to reach it, where you are at right now and your interests.
