About Jin
I am a native Chinese speaker and a grad student who has studied Chinese language and culture for more than five years. I have tutored children and adults and helped non-native students practice spoken Chinese. At the same time, I have several years of experience as a writer and editor for businesses, academia and social media, so I can help you revise Chinese articles or practice/improve any other kind of writing.

I teach in a student-centred way and aim to facilitate your learning rather than give you information. My classes are designed to fit the student. This could help with getting started in Chinese or practice speaking in an everyday situation or advanced grammar, writing and conversation. One thing is always the same, though – I try to avoid dense textbooks and make lessons fun and accessible!
