About Betty
I am a native French speaker with a degree in primary and early childhood education. I am a language teacher (French, English, and Spanish) and tutor/homework support teacher for primary and preschool students. I have experience as a primary and preschool teacher, a French language assistant in a multilingual school, and as a French and English teacher in academies and as a private tutor. Last year, I worked as a substitute teacher at the French Lycée in Valencia, teaching various primary and preschool levels, including English. This year, I worked as a French teacher in the extracurricular department at Caxton College. There, I led groups and private classes for students from preschool through secondary school, both recreational and focused on preparing for the DELF exams. I prepare students for the DELF up to level B2 for all levels. I continue to offer private conversation classes for both adults and children. I offer private language lessons in French, English, and Spanish, as well as homework help and academic support, for elementary and preschool students. My teaching method combines learning and play so students learn the language in a fun way. I particularly enjoy using children's literature in my lessons. I travel to Valencia city and the surrounding area, and online classes are also available.

Es una gran profesional que se adapta perfectamente a mi hijo y se preocupa mucho por la evolución de su aprendizaje en Francés. Betty combina su bagaje y experiencia con un modo de enseñar amable y simpático, pero no por ello menos riguroso. Además, su método es altamente eficaz, porque al despertar el interés del alumno e interactuar con él en cada ejercicio, es imposible aburrirse.
