About Haziq M

I am Haziq, a neuroscientist-in-training and Natural Sciences undergrad at UCL (Class of 2028) specialising in neuroscience, psychology, and mathematics. My research interests include neurogeometry, which studies the shapes of neural state spaces, with the long-term aim of developing brain implants to treat psychiatric disease. More broadly, I work as a mathematical and computational biologist, developing and applying algorithms to analyse gene expression data and better understand healthy and diseased tissue. I have experience in STEM competitions, coding, and tutoring peers for A-levels.
