About Silvia Nelly
I have been training and coaching people more than 20 years ago, traveling to different countries, teaching, coaching and counseling hundreds of students, and actually, they are progressing and enjoying life with physical, mental and spiritual health.

My approached and methods of teaching are based on the needs and characteristics of the students. I apply an assessment before I start teaching them.
I teach to people that are looking for:
-Self-development (self-esteem issues, special behaviors, people that need to learn how to face many situations in life etc.).
-Understand and achieve their goals in life (degree studies, vocational orientation).
-Become more knowledgeable about Natural Medicine to improve their own health or others.
-Be prepared to start a high level of studies in Natural Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine.
