As a Navy Veteran and Air Traffic Controller with over 12 years of experience, I have managed air traffic across a diverse range of locations and operational environments. Currently specializing in the radar environment, my expertise extends beyond live operations to comprehensive instruction. I am highly experienced in delivering end-to-end training, from hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) and one-on-one mentoring to guiding students through rigorous academic and book study.

My goal is to guide students through the complex world of Air Traffic Control by translating critical terminology and concepts into practical, real world skills. Drawing on my operational experience, I model calm, disciplined decision making and prioritize logical accuracy. My students will have a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes become learning opportunities. I will try to bridge theory and practice to instill the situational awareness, precise communication, sound judgment and knowledge required in this field.
