About Nazurah
I work in fashion, but I’ve been practicing yoga for half a decade and recently qualified as an instructor. Yoga helped calm the mind and condition the body and in these challenging times I truly believe it’s what we all need. I offer one to ones or small groups. We practice to a funky playlist (if you would like!) and I can tailor the class to suit your needs. I can’t wait to share my practice with you!

My teaching method is FEELING first. Yoga is never ever about what it looks like and always about how it makes your body feel. That means we might do things that are a little less traditional but in this way you are able to truly access the magic in each posture, linking it to breath.
