About Melissa
I love and enjoy Sports, Helping out and having a challenge. I’ve been involved in various competitions, Challenges and helped out in loads of places. I am currently part of a netball Team where I compete and coach from time to time. My aspiration in life is to be a professional Athlete or have my own sports business.

About the lesson

My teaching method consists of speaking and understanding my athletes individually. I will pin point everything they need to work on and take time to work and focus on their struggle points, so that they can become a better athlete. Not only will i help with the sports side of coaching but will help with any personal challenges that they are facing. I will take time and be patient with my athletes so that I can gain trust and confidence and understanding with them.
