About Nimisha Suresh

Hi, I’m Nimisha Suresh, a Product and Service Designer and Researcher with professional experience across industry, healthcare, and social impact projects. I’ve worked with organizations such as Bosch, NHS Scotland, and on Ford Foundation–funded research, which has shaped a strong foundation in research-driven and ethical design practice.

I value professionalism, clarity, and respect in every session. Students can expect a safe, supportive learning environment with structured guidance, honest feedback, and thoughtful mentorship. I take pride in being reliable, well-prepared, and genuinely invested in each learner’s progress.

Whether you are a student exploring design, a researcher refining your work, or an early professional seeking direction, I aim to help you build confidence, rigor, and clarity in your journey.

About the lesson

my teaching approach is research-led, structured, and empathetic. I focus on breaking complex design and research concepts into clear, actionable steps using real-world case studies from industry, healthcare, and social impact.

My classes usually follow a simple structure: understanding the learner’s goal, building foundational clarity, hands-on exercises, and detailed, honest feedback. I emphasize thinking, not just tools—why decisions are made, not only how.

What sets me apart is my experience across industry, academia, and socially sensitive contexts, allowing me to tailor guidance to each individual. My sessions are ideal for college-level students, early-career designers, and adult learners seeking depth, clarity, and direction in design, research, and service thinking.
