About Noémie
I’m Noémie, a French Chemistry student currently completing my final year at Durham University. I’m curious, sociable and passionate about discovering new people, cultures and places. I just did a gap year during which I had the opportunity to study and work in Germany, and I’m now living in the UK. These experiences have made me more independent and adaptable. It also was a great opportunity to meet people from many different backgrounds, which was genuinely enriching. Outside of my studies, I love travelling, spending time with friends, going to the cinema, running or hiking and exploring new places!

I have previous experience as a private tutor in France, where I helped students with Maths, Physics and Chemistry. This taught me how to adapt my teaching to each student, explain things clearly and create a relaxed and encouraging learning environment.
For French lessons, I can help with speaking and pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, schoolwork or simply practise French through games and conversation. I could also help in Maths, Physics or Chemistry if needed !
