About Thomas
I am a former student of the ENS de Lyon in Computer Science, an associate of Mathematics, and I obtained my PhD in Fundamental Computer Science in 2017 at École Polytechnique. I have had many teaching experiences, in groups and face-to-face, in high school, classes préparatoires and at École Polytechnique.

I have a particular sensibility as to the diversity of learning methods of each student, and I am eager to explain by examples and to multiply the points of view to find the one which works. In my view, a teacher is someone creative, who listens and observes, identifies specific difficulties and invents strategies to remedy them (analogies, small exercises before the big ones, applications awakening the attention of the student, ...) and , in the absence of difficulties, who is able to go beyond the strict framework of the course to stimulate the intelligence and curiosity of the student.
