My medology is I first base up my class.. Make them feel comfortable and frank with everyone. Give them one by one chance to introduce them self to make them open up in front of themself. To remove all the fears about the family and about the world. I always try to make my students happy and be the way they r. I never judgements and neither compare anyone with anybody else. Everybody has their own question of their life
