About Duncan

I have been teaching AP level Physics and Computer Programming for over twenty years. I have degrees in Physics, Computer Science, and Science Education. Prior to becoming an educator, I was employed several years in the engineering field as first a design engineer then a computer programmer.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based upon student-centered learning. Students working problems with my guidance is the most efficient way to teach problem solving in the fields of physics, mathematics, and computer programming. To this end, I give my students a lot of hands-on actives with Socratic guidance.
