About Lottie
A hot Vinyasa trained yoga teacher, originally from Brighton, has spent the last few years travelling and working in some of the most beautiful places in the world, has now returned to the UK to share her experience through teaching yoga.
Having studied for a 200 hour certification under a number of influential yoga teachers at the Hot Vinyasa school Yoga Linda in Barcelona, and is Yoga Alliance certified (RYT 200). With 4 years teaching experience and 7 years practice experience.

Each class is designed to suit clients, whether never having tried yoga before or you're more advanced. Here to guide, adjust and help build your own yoga practice and style to suit you.
Trained & experienced in Vinyasa for a more dynamic strong practice, and Hatha, for a gentle paced practice. My classes can include mobility work, passive and active stretching, fluid movement and stronger held positions to build strength and stability. Always taking the approach of do what feels good for you.
