I work with Kelly as a fellow teacher, and I’ve seen firsthand how much care and effort she puts into helping students succeed. She’s the kind of educator who really pays attention to what each student needs and adjusts her teaching so that everyone feels supported and capable. What I appreciate most about Kelly’s teaching is how patient and approachable she is. She has a great way of explaining things clearly and breaking skills down into smaller steps so students don’t feel overwhelmed. She’s especially great with students who are still building confidence in English, and she creates an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and trying again when something is difficult. I remember working alongside her when we were supporting a group of English language learners who were struggling with reading and writing.
