my fee includes my time to set out a personal session plan,set up both a players and a coaches feedback form,60 mins guaranteed coaching time(i am known to throw in extra mins if i feel the player can benefit) setting up the session at the venue, afterwards i have a few mins reflection chat with the player and will also set them a challenge to master before the next session
