About Mitchell
I have always been very keen to give back to the professional and academic landscape of architecture. Teaching allows me to fulfil pursue this passion without forfeiting my own work in practice. I am a very relaxed person and believe that people will perform at their optimum levels when made to feel comfortable and confident during presentations. In the professional world of Architecture, conversations regarding artistic concepts are often pushed to one side. My skills as an aspiring architect lean heavily towards the fields artistic and conceptual merits, teaching and mentoring allows me to impart this knowledge to next generation of architects.

I am very passionate about the world of design and the methods we use to represent our architecture. The process of constructing a design portfolio is laborious and receiving useful and constructive feedback is vital in producing a flawless collage of your work. With recent experience in portfolio management and an award for 'outstanding architectural work' I believe I can provide valuable and constructive advice on the curation of a design portfolio. Portfolio reviews will typically last an hour, this will consist of a 20 min (relaxed) presentation, followed by 40 mins of discussion and project feedback. I have experience as a mentor at Sheffield Hallam University and since I am a recent graduate, I have a strong understanding of the current academic climate and it's demands.
