About Ciarán
I am a musician with 15 years of experience in different areas: I play guitar, piano, drums and create electronic music. I have played countless live shows across Ireland and abroad. I have co-written songs that have appeared on the radio and viral Spotify charts, I have self-recorded and produced an entire album and I have mixed over 50 songs that have all been released. I love many styles of music, from metal to electronic to experimental, and I am also interested in the history and cultural context of these styles.

Nowadays, laptops have become one more musical instrument and I want to help my students to understand how to play it. My lessons in Ableton focus on sound selection, creating drums, basic music theory and the fundamentals of sound design. I have a diploma in Professional musicianship with focus on songwriting (BIMM Dublin). As a teacher, I want students to have the ability to create the music that they want to create. Lessons are an hour long and all ages and levels are welcome.
