About Patricio
Hello! My name is Patricio, and I have been involved in sports and fitness for many years. I have over 6 years of experience in weightlifting and physical training, including gym-based strength training and bodyweight workouts. I also competed in soccer at the college level in the United States and have experience in MMA, boxing, and competitive swimming. Through sports, I developed discipline, consistency, teamwork, and strong training habits. My goal is to help others improve their fitness, confidence, and overall lifestyle in a motivating and supportive environment.
