Since I am also a professional Harvard and Caltech-trained bioengineer, I take a science-based approach to lessons and will teach you not only moves but how to understand the physics behind them.
I will teach you rapid fundamentals to be able to perform a set, and supply you with the skill and knowledge to build on powermoves incrementally.
