About Angela
Hi! I'm Angela and I'm currently in my first year at the University of Durham, studying BA Marketing and Management. I am looking to tutor to support myself financially for my upcoming years at University. Outside of education, I am an avid badminton player and also love arts and crafts. At University, I am a member of pottery society but you will often also find me doing some crochet or painting!
In addition, I love reading and am always stuck in the newest YA novel, making me highly suitable for aiding in your English Language and creative writing skills.
I have a range of experience working with young adults, from volunteering to assist students with their MFL studies at my high school to supporting primary school sports day events. I have always loved working in such environments and as I understand first-hand the significance that teaching can play, I would love to work as a tutor.

As an undergraduate student currently studying at the University of Durham, I have an excellent understanding and first-hand experience with English language and creative writing. Having achieved grade 9 (A*) in GCSE English Language and grade 8 (A*/A) in GCSE English Literature, I am confident in my ability to tutor and can readily relate to your experience. Additionally, with my current studies in Marketing and Management incorporating a wide range of modules around developing creative content, I can deliver highly impactful lessons and teach you the tips and tricks that I've learnt over the years.
My 1 hour online lessons will be adapted and personalised to suit you and your needs. These lessons are perfect for any students seeking English Language tutoring up to GCSE level or looking to improve generally their creative and descriptive writing skills.
