About Randy
I have been in the corporate industry for 13 years now and will be completing my MBA with Regent Business School in 2021. I am excited to be at this stage of my life where it really is about giving back and I know that as a teacher this will be possible on some level. As a mother of a 4 year old. It feels like a natural transition and I am excited about the possibilities.

I don't lean on one type of methodology as they all fulfil varying needs for different audiences (student levels). I think it is really being able to understand the class needs and requirements and being able to adapt to the individual/group approach way of learning, where possible. My ethos however when it comes to teaching is that no student is left behind. Yes, the end-goal and deadlines are important but the journey should not feel like a chore. English is such a colourful and when learned through sensory experience it brings greater understanding, enjoyment and connection to the language.
