About Olivia
Hi! I'm Olivia and have a degree in French and German from UCL (graduated with First Class Honours). I have also got my ABRSM Diploma in the violin and would love to help any standard up to and including Grade 8 violin.
I can help with any level in both French and German up to and including A Level. I'm very happy to help absolute beginners who want to learn how to sustain basic conversations, but would also love to help those who are just wanting regular practice in the languages to keep the conversational skills ticking over. Likewise I can help with grammar and essay writing of any standard up to A Level in both languages.
The act of acquiring oral and written skills in a language is, however, only just a small part of studying a language. Studying the literature of a language should play (and normally does play) an integral role in one's study of language. Literature study is often required in some A Level syllabuses; I would be happy to help where I can with French/German literature. I can also give advice on personal statements.
