I am teaching subjects like English Language, English Comprehension, English Skills, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Business English - helping you to achieve your academic goals in school - working with you in your own time in order to improve reading, writing, speaking and/or listening comprehension (understanding) skills.
My qualifications are a B.A. and Master Degree in Teaching English to students of Other Languages - B.A. and M.A.Ed.TESOL [US].
I am a licensed teacher and also a certified University of Cambridge International course teacher and invigilator for the following exams: KET, PET, SAT/CHECKPOINT, IGCSE, GCE A/AS level.
With 14 years international English primary teaching experience, I taught 7 years in Special English Program Schools in Asia (P1 to P6 classes), three years at the IPS International School in Bangkok according to the British Curriculum and some additional years at the MELC Language School in Bangkok, teaching multiple student levels from Primary-, Secondary Schools, Colleges and Universities.
This course is suitable for students who wish to establish a better understanding for English Grammar which is a pivotal part when it comes to correctly write or speak in English.
There is no definitive age group set. It rather depends on your own evaluation of English grammar skills. Some of you might come to the conclusion that good basic grammar knowledge will help you to erase common errors when writing a short text or essay or when communicating with friends or colleagues at international level.
Usually I discuss the course or lesson objectives at the beginning of each lesson. Together we summarize important outcomes of previous lessons and answer any remaining questions.
The lesson objectives will then be clearly defined at the beginning of each lesson.
Important is the pace in which each lesson is conducted. For all those students who do not learn well in groups and who would rather prefer individual teacher guidelines, I would recommend the private 1-1 lesson.
Usually the pace of each lesson will be set so that all 5 or 10 students will be able to follow and learn well.

Course setup
As mentioned above I have been teaching in Asia at multiple school, college and university levels and teaching hundreds of students over a period of more than 10 years.
Following widely available research on this topic, it appears self-evident that students who do learn and practice English Grammar have a significant advantage over those students and colleagues who are not aware of basic tenses or grammar structures.
Many of my former international school students are now at university happy to have studied the comprehensive Syllabus which I created for different Key Stages.
The Grammar 01 course will focus on basic grammar definitions such as verbs (future tense, past continuous); nouns (proper nouns, collective nouns and singular possessive nouns); adjectives (number, number order, comparatives and superlatives); Singular and plural; prepositions and sentences.
For more advanced students, I am going to introduce two subsequent English Grammar courses.
