About Christine
From 2005 to December 2015 I ran a small English Language school with my husband in central Serbia. I taught general and business English to adults and teenagers both individually and in small groups. Many of the students I worked with were very high calibre professional students. I also did exam preparation for FCE, CAE, IELTS and TOEFL. My exam preparation classes were with students who were preparing for Master study programmes in Europe or sports related scholarships in the USA. During the lessons, we mainly focused on speaking and listening, but also on structuring academic essays, note taking, paraphrasing, summarizing and developing reading skills. I spent 4 years teaching English online for a Russian based school. In this role I taught general & business English & special courses to university students & professionals. For the past year I have continued teaching English privately online.
