About Anna
Hi everyone! My name is Anna. I was born and raised in Russia, where the Russian language is not just a means of communication, but a deep reflection of history, emotions, humour, and everyday life. Growing up there allowed me to absorb the language naturally, together with its unique inner culture — the way people think, express feelings, and connect through words.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Russian and later completed a Master’s degree in Art in the UK, which gave me a strong cross-cultural perspective and helped me explain Russian language and culture in a clear, accessible way to international students.
Currently, I work as a Russian tutor at a Russian school in Notting Hill, London

Perfect! Unlike my previous classroom experience I now how much more confidence in speaking Russian. My pronunciation has improved and I find so much more enjoyment in my classes. Anna also has an excellent understanding of British culture, which helps to make things easily translatable.
