I am a graduate in Human Resources and currently working as a HR Recruiter in an IT sector. I want to share my knowledge with you because I don't see it as a profession but passion, as I know how important it is to strengthen your basics in English grammar because come across many of my friends and colleagues, who communicate with each other in English, use a lot of mispronounced words and grammatically mistaken sentences . And I being someone who loves the language, personally believe that when your base and concepts (from basics to advanced) are clear then you would find is super easy and fun to work with it in your daily day to day life with no mistake.

Case study ,Story telling and Inquiry based learning are best methods for engaging children.Besides all these methods Flipped learning is very useful for students .Student learn a lot from from day to day life examples. I also would like to go for a Game based approach to attract students' attention and engage them in learning the concepts from its root.
