About Lauren
During my first ever Sociology lesson my teacher said to the class that we would never look at the world the same way ever again - we would see the world through a completely new lens and from that moment I loved Sociology. She was completely right and it was her who inspired me to study Sociology at University level and again I loved it.
This is why I teach Sociology, I want to inspire more students the way my teacher inspired me and I want them to do well and be granted opportunities they wouldn't have considered before :)

I am a Social Science and RE teacher of 3 years, I predominantly teach Sociology, RE and Criminology with Sociology as my specialist subject.
I studied Sociology both at A-Level and at University level securing a Bachelor's Degree and then a PGCE in Secondary Education.
I try to be as adaptable and unique in my teaching methodology as possible - ensuring lessons are tailor-made to the needs of each student.
