I took his training 8 months ago when my work gave me a mac, i was a long time windows user completely new to mac. Sri sir was patient and understood my issue. He re planned his course for me based on how much I know. He made sure to explain everything clearly and went over each topic few times on request, never making me feel dumb for asking. His encouragement made it easy for me to ask questions and gain confidence. I still maintain in touch with him for small doubts now and then.
