About Rachelle
I am a professional composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and recording artist with a Master of Music in Composition degree from the University of South Carolina School of Music. I have been playing for violin for over 16 years, and it was my primary instrument as an undergraduate.

I am a professional composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and recording artist with a Master of Music in Composition degree from the University of South Carolina School of Music. My approach to teaching has been formed by an understanding of student individuality. Students flourish when given opportunities to explore their interests; therefore, I proactively engage in cultivating innovative, interdisciplinary, and learner-focused lesson plans. I have been playing violin for 16+ years. In addition to technique, I will teach students to read music notation. I will also incorporate foundational music theory so that they can understand how their favorite songs are constructed and learn to write their own. With regular practice, students can expect to improve weekly in their violin technique and performance. I look forward to meeting you and helping you become a better musician!
