Lesson structure includes theoretical material, prepared for the student+live lesson (theory explained with examples, and answers to student questions)+home practise (tasks/daily routines/experiments to do).
Depending on the topic, books, journal articles, films and other materials will be sent to watch, read and use.
Those in interest can join a day-to-day Mastermind group, which parallel to learning course will include daily online meetings and practises of mentally and physically healthy habits (from time management to cold showers :)

I am an Outdoor and Adventure Education student, with a practical background in coaching groups and individuals (both outdoors and indoors). I have accomplished NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) courses at a beginner level, and continue to learn (the last book I read- Daniel Kahneman. Thinking, Fast and Slow). My daily work includes working in health&organic cafe, and I have a wide knowledge of nutrition, especially for endurance sports, vegetarians and vegans.
I do open water (and ice) swimming, long distance running and i'm quite a big fan of biohacking.
